 Note: Ticket Orders ARE NOT CHARGED when you submit your order. They are charged after the order is printed in our Ticket Office, reviewed by a Ticket Agent and entered into our ticketing system. Please do NOT enter dashes or spaces when providing your credit card information. In addition, your tickets will NOT be mailed to you. Your tickets will be waiting for you at the Ticket Office, located at the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway Depot, the day of  your excursion.

We can’t say it enough… ALL TRAINS DEPART ON TIME. Please arrive at the depot at least 45 minutes prior to departure if you need to pick up Prepaid Tickets, or 30 minutes if you have tickets in hand .
